Stitch and the alien monsters that Lilo is taking care of have been remitted to dog training at Hegarty's animal shelter due to bad behaviour, where they meet the dog Baxter and influence his manners also, making them all runaway from the training session. They end up at Moses' place where they all have calmed down by the help of crayon drawing, their pictures communicate their longing for their caged parents on another planet. Lilo decides she has to reunite the alien kid monsters with their parents.
