During Mayor Pork's televised speech, evil Zantaf hypnotizes all of Duckburg - well, almost all! The only two not watching were US and DD who escape the hypnosis, but are powerless to stop the mesmerized throngs who take the money from the bin and bring it to Zantaf. The unexpected hero turns out to be quick thinking QF.
