Donald is making sure to get the most value out of an all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant which makes its owner so frustrated with him so that he offers to sell the whole establishment in spite just so that Donald gets to experience gluttonous greedy customers as himself. Donald take the offer and is now a restaurant owner - will he succeed?
