Autumn is closing in and the Woodchuck season is coming to an end and school is beginning, facts that HDL do not like. In order to skip school they seek to conjure up some bad weather to make to school close. They turn to their Woodchuck guidebook and surely it contains information regarding rain dances and how to evoke storms, and so they proceed.
