US is suffering from “Old Miners Illness” – a condition that makes him seize up periodically. There’s only one cure: US has to draw a “Miner’s medical card”. It’s a set of cards that can either cure you for free, or force you to fight horrible monsters to be healthy again. Scrooge gets a bad card, of course, and together with DD and HDL he travels back to the Klondike to face his fate.
