Topolino sull'Orient Express
At the "Gare de Lyon" station in Paris, Mickey and Minnie are about to leave for a trip on the Orient Express on the way from Paris to Venice. Arrived in front of their car they are greeted by the train conductor Binaire who tells them part of the history of the two trains: one travels three times a week from London to Venice and the other, what they were taking them was the "Nostalgie Instanbul Orient-Express" travels only ten times a year retracing the route to the East. The two boyfriends get on the train and here they meet the countess Nobiloni, the real reason why Mickey was traveling on that car: to defend, called from the insurance, the woman's necklace from possible robberies. The train leaves slowly and, just outside the cabin, a man, Baron Leopoldovski, tells Mickey and Minnie that he has traveled for many years on the train. Two gentlemen also take their seats in the cabin 2. The Orient Express travels to the south of France while the cabin mate tells about having met many important figures in European history including Mata Hari and King Leopold of Belgium. In the passage in a tunnel suddenly the light goes away and a voice screams. Mickey, left the gallery, leaves the cabin and heads for the cabin of the countess who finds himself stunned and without a necklace. Mickey questions the countess but can not help so he investigates the various carriages and discovers that in number two, where there are two men trafficked with the ceiling of the train. Minnie's boyfriend bursts into the cabin but is stunned with the bag. The two thieves seek the escape that you can not get because they are blocked by the train and the baron. The thieves, discovered by Lepoldovski, are forced to confess that they have found, after years, the diamond they had stolen years ago from the Maragià di Bambalore, thus earning the prison. The real thieves are still missing: Mickey decides to have all the passengers on the train searched but he does not come up with anything so he decides to pretend with the countess of having found her again. Our protagonist leaves Mrs. Nobiloni alone who betrays herself in front of Mickey who makes her confess and arrest. Our hero then returns to his girlfriend where he is forced to confess his work but specifying that he could now become a tourist. The journey continues quietly and stops in Vienna and Budapest before dinner and, on the Yugoslav border, the night passes by. The journey continues fast to Turkey when they are attacked by a group of bandits. The robbers stopped the train and easily robbed everyone present because it is told to passengers who were only paid actors to revive those emotions. Before escaping, however, the false raiders arrive who, frightened by the real ones, run away. The leader of the bandits, Yussuf Ben Yussuf, great-grandson of the thief who in 1981 had robbed the train decides to take the men on the train hostage in exchange for five million dollars. The train starts again but stops shortly after, at an abandoned station. Meanwhile, Mickey has a plan: at dinner time, in front of the marauders, the passengers of the train make hungry for marauders who, after eating twelve portions each, fall asleep. Mickey tries to steal the sword from a guard but Yussuf stops him. Meanwhile, shots are heard threatening the bandit who, finding himself alone, is forced to surrender. Baron Leopoldovsky had entered the cinema hall and had put on a western film, and he had shouted to the thief to surrender that he was surrounded. At dawn, two soldiers who had received the ransom note come from the train where they are handed over to Yussuf and the thieves of the train already handcuffed. The journey resumed without other episodes until you get to Instambul where Mickey and Minnie greet the baron who, as usual, complains that he has made a trip adventurous compared to the past.
