Paperino, Pico e il favoloso termoghiaccio

Roope-setä lähettää Akun ja Taavin pohjoisnavalle keräämään maaperänäytteitä, mutta kaksikon vieterimoottorikelkan kanssa tulee ongelmia ja koko opeaatio on menossa hyisesti pakkaselle - pelastus tulee äkisti lämpimässä laaksossa keskellä Pohjoisnapa-aluetta asuvalta kansalta, näiden onnena oleva lämpö on peräisin lämpöä tuottavasta jäästä - ankat pelastuvat, mutta tulevatko samalla tuottaneeksi turmion lämpöjäätä hyödyntävälle kansalle, sillä tietäähän mitä Roope-setä voisi tehdä kuullessaan moisesta paikasta?
