Mickey drives his neighbor to his neighborhood in the hope of spare parts, but in a workshop repair, Mickey's car also learns to speak! Suddenly, all the cars in the area run out of control of their owners to drive their own way on an empty plot, but the cars that they want are also very vulnerable to what Peg-Leg Pete picks up to his advantage.
