Ghost artist on various newspaper strips and comic books 1936-1939. - Marvel/Timely: Comic-book artwork 1940-1941 (Captain America, Captain Daring, Fiery Mask). - D.C./National: Comic-book scripts and artwork 1940s-1950s (Boy Commandos, Sandman, House of Mystery, Challengers of the Unknown, Green Arrow). - Charlton: Comic-book scripts and artwork mid 1950s (Foxhole, Police Trap). - Harvey: Comic-book scripts and artwork late 1950s (Alarming Tales, Three Rocketeers). - Marvel: Comic-book artwork 1959-1971 (The Fantastic Four, Ka-Zar, Nick Fury, Strange Tales, Submariner, Thor, X-Men). - In the 1970s and 1980s he worked in turn for D.C., Marvel and Pacific Comics on various adventure and superhero comics, e.g. Captain Victory, Silver Star and Super Powers. - Western Publishing: Comic-book artwork 1979 (The Black Hole).
